Jumping Front Snap Kick Higher

The Jumping Front Snap Kick is a great kick for demonstrations as well as sparring. When using this kick in sparring you don’t jump high, instead you use it to cover distance and stay low to the ground, more skipping forward instead of jumping. Use that rear leg for momentum up or forward. Practice often and continue to stretch for even higher kicks.
