Baseball Swing
The Baseball Swing is a very different swing/strike due to the hand positioning. This is one of the few maneuvers where we hold the bottom of the staff. Be careful with this strike, if the staff slips out of your hand someone is going to get hurt. NEVER do this technique full speed in class or when people are nearby!!
