Butterfly Kick
The Butterfly Kick is much like a Tornado Kick except instead of a roundhouse, you throw an Outside Inside Axe Kick. This is another advanced kick that takes hours of practice to get down. Focus on multiple hops while you spin at first until your knee points forward, then jump and throw the Axe kick. In time, just like the Tornado, eliminate the number of hops in order to maximize speed and power. Make sure and stretch out good before throwing this kick so you don’t injure a hamstring.
