Combination Kicks
Combination Kicks are in the heart of martial arts training and sparring. First you learn basic techniques and then you put them together with other techniques and create combinations (two or more). This is true for kicks, punches, knees, elbows, and any other strikes. When you first start combination kicks they will be confusing and a little difficult. Take your time, don’t try to rush the combination kicks. Do things right first and then add speed and power later. A fast bad technique, is still a bad technique.
