WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
U.S. Martial Arts teaches a combination of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, and a few other styles. In each class we go over beginner to advanced level techniques that are age specific.
You will continually learn new techniques while practicing self-defense and getting a great workout.
We really focus on life skills and teaching kids how to be leaders in the classroom. Kids learn how Positive Attitudes = Positive Outcomes. We also offer a “Good Grades” Program as well. You can learn more about our

Our Adult class teaches self-defense while giving you a great workout! Having fun in a safe environment is critical to success and that is why our students have been training with us for so long. WHO CAN JOIN ?
We accept students ages 6 and up! This is a family class so it’s the perfect opportunity for the entire family to train together. So if your a beginner or an advanced student, we have the training to fit your needs.
WHEN CAN YOU START?
We are an ongoing dojo so we don’t have sessions, this is good for you because that means

WHO IS THE INSTRUCTOR
Casey Buck is the Owner and Instructor at U.S. Martial Arts in Lawton. Casey has been studying martial arts for the past two years. He has been teaching martial arts to men, women, and children for the past year.
Casey has competed in many tournaments and was the Michigan State Champion in 2017. He enjoys studying many different styles of martial arts and sharing his experience with his students.
