Nunchaku

 

It’s really exciting to start your Nunchaku or Nunchuck training! Make sure and take your time and learn the proper technique before you add speed. It’s critical that you practice your nunchaku at least 30 minutes per week. If you really want to learn fast, practice just 10-20 minutes every single day.

*Remember, weapons training is a privilege, you should never use these against another person.
