One Step Sparring 4-5
One Step Sparring should be practiced in 3 Phases. Slow while your learning the technique, then add more speed, and finally full speed and power. Always with NO Contact! On number 4, make sure you step straight back when you block, then spin around to deliver 3 elbows. On number 5, step out and knife hand block, then grab, and twist before throwing the side kick and roundhouse.
