One Step Sparring 6-7
Make sure and practice your One Step Sparring over and over, repetition is the key! On number 6, make sure you step straight back to block, don’t spin when your blocking. On number 7 when you do a front leg side kick to your partners knee, make sure you don’t strike and injure your partner in class. Just simply push lightly on the back of their knee and they can drop down slowly. On the street you would strike the front or side of the knee full force to disable your attacker.
