One Step Sparring 9-10
You’ve made it to the end of the sequence of One Step Sparring 1-10. Just because your at the end doesn’t mean these will be easy. Make sure on Number 9 you start with the right leg back in fighting position. On number 10 you start from Joon-Bi position. Both 9 and 10 are Outside-Inside Axe Kicks. Speed, flexibility, and precision are key to making these techniques effective. Practice often and get all 1-10 down. The next step, you make up your own! If you don’t have the basics and the principles down, making up your own is that much more difficult.
