Over the Back of the Hand Spin
The Over the Back of the Hand Spin is a little different than the Butterfly Roll, don’t get them confused. We don’t use this quite as much as the Butterfly Roll but we will use it as you get more advanced. Take your time and make sure you go over the back of your thumb.
