Tornado Kick

The Tornado Kick is a very challenging kick at first, but with practice you can get it right. When you first start, focus on 3 hops and getting used to the spin. Once you have that down then move to only 2 hops. As an advanced student it’s critical you can throw this kick with just the spin and jump like you see at the end of this video. Train hard and good luck.
